Ep8 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the ep8 platform. By registering for or using any service on this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein.
Effective: January 2026. These terms apply to all ep8 platform users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ep8 platform — including the website, mobile app, or related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ep8 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
The ep8 platform is for entertainment purposes only and is available exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above. Users below this age limit are not permitted to register or use the platform's services under any circumstances.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted only one active account on the ep8 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and complete. ep8 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your account password confidential
- Ensure that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation
- Notifying ep8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
- Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
Ep8 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of an account resulting from the user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
3. User Responsibilities and Usage Rules
By using the ep8 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules at all times:
- Not using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law
- Not attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's systems or infrastructure
- Not using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or operate the platform in an unauthorised manner
- Not engaging in fraud, deception, or any action intended to mislead the platform or other users
- Not spreading false or misleading information about the platform
- Not transferring or sharing your account with any other party under any circumstances
Ep8 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms. Where a violation is confirmed, ep8 may take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the account, withholding account funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their region or jurisdiction. ep8 makes no representations regarding the legality of using the platform outside Malaysia.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the ep8 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are their own and obtained through legitimate means.
Important information regarding transactions:
- Processed deposits cannot be reversed except in specific circumstances approved by ep8
- All withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with ep8's internal review procedures and may take several business days to complete
- Ep8 reserves the right to request proof of funding source before processing any withdrawal request
- Any attempt to conduct money laundering or other unlawful financial activity through this platform will be reported to the relevant authorities
- Ep8 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers during transaction processing
In the event of a transaction dispute, users are required to submit a complaint to ep8 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. Complaints received after this period may not be able to be processed.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
Ep8 provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ep8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to betting outcomes, technical disruptions, or internet connectivity issues.
Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities on the ep8 platform carry financial risk. The decision to participate in any game or wager is entirely the user's own responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the ep8 platform are the property of ep8 or its respective licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from ep8.
Third-Party Links
The ep8 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. ep8 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Access to such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Suspended or Closed Account Policy
Ep8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if the user is found to have breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if there are platform security concerns. Any funds remaining in a suspended account will be reviewed in accordance with ep8's internal procedures before a decision on the return of funds is made.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Ep8 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at the platform's sole discretion. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the ep8 platform after any changes have been published will be deemed as the user's acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
